Wineries<\/h1>\n

Old inn dedicated to the accommodation of pilgrims, our elaborations are made in the oldest winery in the Appellation Navarra. Our work begins in the modern winemaking room, where our wines make the fermentation at a controlled temperature. Later, the best ones go to our barrels room. Formerly it contained 40 huge oak barrels and currently equipped with 225-liter Bordeaux barrels. In this cathedral of wine, French and American oak help in its complexity and improvement. Finally, the wine makes the final fining in the bottle in our bottling room.

From his twelve labors to his adventures in Troy, the life of Heracles is one great epopee. Deeds such as taming the Cretan Bull or defeating the Hydra of Lerna were recited by the great poets. Terroir<\/strong><\/h1>\n

The confluence of the Atlantic, continental and Mediterranean climates, due to the proximity of the Cantabrian Sea, the influence of the Pyrenees and the proximity of the Ebro valley make up an exceptional situation for the cultivation of our vineyards. One of the main characteristics that define our vineyards in Navarra is the great diversity of landscapes and climates, finding all kinds of cultivation situations such as slopes, banks, plateaus or plains. Soils as diverse as clays, limestones, silts and even pebbles converge on our plots.
